As you may recall, the first road race stage of the three-day international event in Ibrány ended with a bunch sprint, with Italy’s Matteo De Monte finishing second behind Kurits and Slovenia’s Natan Gregorcic third, while the best Hungarian was Milán Radics (MKB Cycling Team) in eleventh place.

Kurits will spend the 2023 season in the junior eam of the Bora-hansgrohe WorldTeam, Team Auto Eder, where he will be joined by Hungarian teammate Tamás Hancz.

Only two of the 2022 squad will remain, the Czech Martin Barta and Belgian Marivoet Duarte, who will be joined by Kurits and Hancz, the Swiss Nicolas Bialon, the Dane Theodor Clemmensen, the German Paul Fietzke and the Czech Krystof Král.
